Every once and a while carriers may accidentally forget to scan a package or two during transit, which results in the live tracking showing that the item has not moved. Customers typically end up getting a delivery notification once they arrive at the door/mailbox.
Additionally, carriers may relocate packages if certain processing centers are at capacity to avoid items that are fragile or sensitive to heat from arriving damaged or melted. This also helps reduce the chances of carriers losing a shipment in transit!
If for some reason your tracking does not update its location within the next 3-4 days, please contact our team here and we would be happy to help further.
